 Welcome to The Lionesse Ladies Club

The Lionesse Ladies Club is a group of women coming together to help support and motivate each other during their weight loss journey. However, our club is not only a weight loss journey but also a lifestyle change. Most of the members that belong to this group are either beginning their journey to weight loss or have been trying for years and need extra support. None of us here are fitness experts or nutritionist. We are simply women on a mission looking out for one another and trying to help each other stay on track. Feel free to use this site as a tool to achieving your fitness goals. If you have advice, tips, or just simply want to tell your story, please share! Our main mission is staying connected to one another as well as monitoring each others progress. One of the tools we use to do this is through our Face Book page. To us, this page is the heart of our success. If you would like to become an official member to the "pride" please send a friend request to our page. (The link is posted on this page). Once we accept your request please read the "INFO" section on the Face Book page. We use our FB page as a sound board to share our achievements, daily thoughts, advice, tips, activities, or just to plain out vent. But most importantly to inspire one another. All members are expected to weigh in every Wednesday and post their results to the board. This way we all stay accountable for our gains and our losses. Just knowing that you have to report your results will make you push even harder. When posting your results we do not insist that you post the number of pounds you lost or gained. That is completely up to you. But we do however, expect you to post whether you were up, down or maintained that week. The main thing we want our members to gain from joining our "pride" is the comfort of knowing that they are not alone. We are all in this together. There is absolutely no judging. Only encouragement. Losing weight is just part of the journey to a healthier lifestyle. But being conscious of what you are eating and including exercise into your life are essential to maintaining a healthy, fit, body and mind.
